In 2026, we will re-elect our state legislators, state elected leaders (including the Governor), and two of our three federal legislators. The Senate seat currently filled by Senator Ed Markey, and the Sixth District House seat currently filled by Congressman Seth Moulton will both be on the ballot. (Senator Elizabeth Warren is not up for re-election until 2030.)

Congressman Moulton has decided not to run again to serve the Massachusetts' Sixth District. Instead, he will compete against Senator Ed Markey in the Democratic Senate Primary.

Seven Democrats (so far) are running in a primary to replace Congressman Moulton. The NDCC will hear from those candidates during our January, February and March meetings.
